Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, lingoking GmbH, Gotzinger Straße 19, 81371 Munich, info@lingoking.com, +49 89 416 12 20 0, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form [Tally Link] for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

You can also simply complete and submit your withdrawal notice online on this page. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by email) confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal notice.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
