Important notes

Before you can order a translation, you must successfully complete your registration. Please do not forget to click on the confirmation link sent to you by email to finalise your registration. You must also ensure that all details and fields are fully completed in the registration form.

Every written page must be counted, even if it contains only a stamp or an apostille, as these must also be translated. The exception is if the stamp or apostille is already in the target language (e.g. German).

You can only upload your documents once, so please ensure that you upload all documents in full in the first place. No further documents or pages can be added afterwards.

Please also make sure your scans or photos are of good quality. The documents must be fully visible and clearly legible.

We are familiar with all the requirements of the individual federal states. If you specify which federal state you need the translation for, we can select the appropriate certification note.

If you have any questions, please use our chat function within the relevant order first. This way, the translators or lingoking staff will know immediately which order you are referring to and can process your enquiry more quickly.

The certified translation of your documents will be done by court-sworn translators.

The certified translation of your documents is generally sent by mail. Your certified translation will be sent to you securely by registered mail within 3 to 5 working days.

You only need a digital copy of your certified translations? You can also choose the option “Scan of the certified translation” and receive your translation as a PDF download immediately after finalization.

Please note that we only offer certified translations from German or into German. Our translations follow a standard page rate based on up to 350 words per page.
