The family-run company, which bears the name of the three-time Austrian Olympic winner Toni Sailer, was reinterpreted by Hans Taubenberger in 2004. The result was an unmistakable premium brand for skiwear that brings a new lease of life not only to the name. Elegant, timeless outfits, figure-hugging cuts and exceptionally high-performance stretch materials were to form a perfect symbiosis of fashion and technology in combination with retro elements from Toni Sailer’s time.
With the rapid growth and expansion in the form of a subsidiary in North America as well as approx. 250 customers in over 30 countries worldwide, the need for internationalisation of the products arose. Localised content helps a company tap into new markets and resonate with potential new customers. What was important for Toni Sailer was: The translations had to reflect their tone of voice, their wording and thus the image of the company to the outside world, regardless of the language.
