With the lingoking price calculator you are able to calculate the cost of your translation and directly place your order. Fast and simple. The product overview lists our entire range of translation services.
If you have trouble finding your desired service or product, use the filter (top left) or the search function (top right). If your required product is not available, please select “other translation”.
On the next page you will receive information about the product and you can now calculate the price.
Once you have found the desired product, select the amount needed. Translations are counted in number of pages or general amount (for example for driver's licenses).
Next select your language combination. The source language refers to the language in which your document is written. The target language refers to the language in which your document needs to be translated. You can choose several target languages. Please click 'calculate price' to see the cost of our services.
Based on experience we always recommend the option 'translations with certification'. However, you are also free to choose another option such as 'translation without certification'. Depending on the translation service, we also offer translations with proofreading, done by a second translator.
In the next step you can select your shipping option (standard or express).
The final step is entering your personal information and choosing a payment method. You can pay with PayPal, credit card, Sofortüberweisung (bank transfer) or invoice. After you have accepted our Terms and Conditions and our private policy, you will be directed to our payment provider. If you have disabled pop-ups in your browser, you will receive a warning message. Please activate pop-ups in your browser in order to complete your payment with lingoking. This step is not necessary when invoice payment is choosen.
After you have successfully completed your payment you will be directed back to the lingoking price calculator where you can now upload the document to be translated. Your order is now complete.
PayPal: If you do not have a PayPal account yet and wish to pay via PayPal, please create an account via paypal.com.
Credit card: You can pay with Visa or MasterCard.
Sofortüberweisung: To pay with Sofortüberweisung you need an online banking account.
NEW: Invoice: Pay easily by invoice. The date of birth must be entered. Corporate customers can also conveniently pay by invoice by entering their VAT ID.
After you have successfully completed payment (or chose invoice payment), an upload window will appear. You can either add your file via drag & drop or select the file from your device. We do not require the original copy of your document for the translation. It is sufficient to simply scan or take a photograph of your document.
Don't worry! If you don’t have a copy of your document at hand, we will send you an email within 15 minutes of payment containing instructions on how to upload your document at a time more convenient for you.
After you have uploaded all of the relevant documents please confirm by clicking the blue button "submit data" at the top of the window. Your documents will now be made available to our translators and the translation will begin.
Once you have uploaded your documents, your assignment will automatically be send to the available translators. If the language service provider has the capacity to take on your assignment, then they can accept it with merely a click. You will receive an email when a linguist has taken on your order.
Our customer area also provides a platform for you and the linguist to communicate with one another in case any questions arise.
Exotic and less widely-spoken language combinations can sometimes make it hard to find a suitable translator. If we are unable to find a suitable linguist, then one of our Projects Managers will try to find one manually. However, if we are still unable to find a suitable linguist, you will of course be refunded in full.
Once the translator has finished translating your document, they will upload the completed file onto the customer area. If you are happy with the translation you can click 'accept order'. In the case of certified translations, the translation can only be sent by post once you have clicked this button and accepted the tanslation.
Depending on the selected shipping method, you will receive your certified translation within few days via mail. Express shipping is sent within 2 to 3 working days. Standard shipping is sent within 3 to 5 working days.
Please note that the indicated shipping date refers to the date on which the translator sends the translation by post. Possible delays caused by the postal service are beyond our control.
Translations without certification will be transmitted electronically via our customer area. As soon as the finished translation is available, you will be notified by e-mail. The duration of the translation depends on its scope. Some translations are completed after a few hours.
With the product "Certified Translation" you can order translations with several copies (2,3 or 4 pieces). The translator will send you all copies of your certified translation by post.
Enter the number of pages of your document in the form and specify the desired language combination. The next step is to select the number of certified copies.
Exotic and less widely-spoken language combinations can sometimes make it hard to find a suitable translator. Unfortunately, at times it is also not possible to find a linguist for even common language combinations. If we are unable to find a suitable linguist, then one of our Project Managers will try to find one manually by personally writing to suitable linguists. However, if we are still unable to find a suitable linguist, you will of course be refunded in full.
Tip: please feel free to try again! It usually doesn’t take long for our linguists to once again have the capacity to take on new assignments.
