Data Protection Declaration

1. Protection and security

The protection and security of all customer data are of particular concern to lingoking. In the performance of its service, lingoking is therefore committed to observance of the statutory data protection regulations under the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

lingoking will make every effort to protect the data you entrust to us from unauthorised access. We ensure maximum data protection using a differentiated system of access authorisations and technical protection measures. Account and credit card details are not entered by lingoking until the system has been switched to a particularly secure internet connection.

We would like to point out that the transmission of data on the internet (for example in email communication) may have security loopholes. This means it is not possible to provide complete protection for the data from access by third parties.

Your details from the enquiry form including the contact data provided on the form will be saved by us so that we can handle your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. Additionally, if applicable, we use these data for newsletters, other recommended sites and for evaluating service providers.
