A successful first quarter: global language service provider lingoking has a strong start to 2016
For the first fiscal quarter of 2016 and in particular for the month of March, lingoking can present the following performance figures:
- Q1/2016: Turnover growth of 53 percent (compared to the period Q1/2015)
- March 2016: Increase in corporate clients by more than 60 percent (compared to March 2015)
MUNICH, 28 APRIL 2016 // According to preliminary figures, the global language service provider and first online marketplace has achieved an increase in turnover of 53 percent in Q1/2016 compared to Q1/2015. This makes the first quarter of 2016 the strongest so far in terms of sales for the young Munich company since its founding in 2010.
The customer acquisition department has had a large role to play in this. lingoking has recorded an increase in corporate customers of more than 60 percent compared to the same time last year (comparison: March 2015). With a total customer base of 4,000 clients, lingoking had around 2,000 corporate customers in Q1/2016.
This makes the first quarter of 2016 the most successful so far for the hard-working, young company.
Nils Mahler, founder and managing director of lingoking, gives a first overview of the aims for the next quarter:
