lingoking opens an interactive online market place for language services

lingoking platform now with three task variants for more transparency and full freedom of decision-making in the choice of a professional translator or interpreter

Munich, October 15th 2015 – lingoking, the Munich-based company for professional interpreting and translation services, presents its new interactive market place for language services. The new marketplace has been online since October 15th 2015 at www.lingoking.com and offers customers direct, interactive communication with translators and interpreters around the world. Customers use the marketplace to directly access the global lingoking network – made up of more than 4,800 translators and interpreters – 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and can agree and implement their contracts directly with the lingoking translators and interpreters regardless of business hours or time zones. Timo Müller, the founder and CEO of lingoking, says:

With the lingoking online market place we are bringing the customers and the professional service providers even closer together. For the first time customers can receive offers from various translators and interpreters and compare them directly to one another. This represents a significant increase in transparency and freedom of decision-making regarding desired price and reserved performance.

Varying customer requirements – individual solutions by lingoking

lingoking now offers three different order options: ‘order by offer’, ‘order by fixed price’ and the ‘lingoking agency solution’. Order by offer takes place via the lingoking marketplace, allowing the customer to set up the order themselves via the online platform and to independently choose from the offers of the translators. An offer by fixed price is particularly well-suited to urgent orders. After entering the information on the translation project into the online portal the customer receives an order, which is immediately carried out after being signed. In the classic lingoking agency solution the experienced lingoking project management takes over every work step of the translation or interpreting projects for its customers. This option is, for example, suitable for large translation projects in which the coordination of numerous translators within a project is required.

Thanks to these three language service options the customer can now decide for themselves which variant is right for them in terms of organisation and budget.

Survey with sweepstake

For the launch of this new lingoking market place the company is launching a survey game with a combined discount campaign. lingoking is drawing 3 x 10% discount on the desired language service (telephone interpreting, text translation or local interpreting) from the first 100 responses. Participants simply have to answer the following question and send it to directly to marketing at lingoking.com: “Which of the three lingoking order options is most important to you?”

The campaign is set to run until 2 November 2015 and cannot be combined with other discounts.
