The international language services provider lingoking is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 17100:2015
Munich 5 July 2016 – The Munich language services provider lingoking now carries certification in accordance with ISO 17100 and meets the renewed and enhanced guidelines of the current standard for international quality standards in translation services.
The successor standard for translation services DIN EN ISO 17100 supersedes DIN EN 15038.
The new international quality standard states all quality requirements for project managers, translators and proofreaders in detail and defines the precise chronology of the entire translation process, including the sufficient use of translation technology.

The amendments and enhancements to the quality standard EN ISO 1700 are as follows:
- Establishment of the chronology of the translation process including all sub-processes.
- Definition of the competences required for project managers.
- Focus on the requirements for project management of translation services.
